She’s cooked for top celebrities, worked as a chef in Vietnam, and also worked as a culinary producer and food stylist for competitive culinary TV shows, all while honing her craft in some of the country’s top James Beard-awarded restaurants. Specializing in seafood, Mary brings a deep appreciation for fresh, vibrant flavors to every dish. Now based in Los Angeles, she’s also a self-trained cannabis chef, creating high-end, delicious food that blends her love of global cuisine with a touch of indulgence.
